Emission limits for air pollutants

If the company’s activities result in the emission of pollutants into the air, a draft “emission limits of stationary sources of pollution” calculation report shall be prepared before a permit for a category A or B polluting activity is issued. The draft shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of Cabinet Regulation No. 182 of 02.04.2013, “Regulations on the Preparation of Draft Emission Limits for Stationary Sources of Pollution”. The draft emission limits for stationary sources of pollution is most often prepared as an annex to the application for a permit for a category A or B polluting activity.

If the company’s heating or production processes are supplied by one or more boilers with a total capacity of more than 0.2 MW, the development of a draft “emission limits for stationary sources of pollution” report is mandatory and must include calculations and modelling of the dispersion of pollutants.
